Big enough for a full chicken and the juice groove actually catches everything. The bamboo feels solid, not flimsy like my old plastic board. The handle makes it easy to move from counter to stove.

Bought it for meal prep Sundays and it has not warped or cracked. The dark carbonized finish looks great left out on the counter, and I use the flat side as a serving board for cheese.

Good weight and does not slide around while chopping. Only reason for four stars is I wish it came pre-oiled, but a quick coat of mineral oil fixed that.
